North in St. Paul is this event hall in the arts district. They have capacity for between 100 and 1,000 guests, this being the self proclaimed largest venue in the Twin Cities. Five Event Center

A former police station with over 100 years of history houses this location. They have exposed brick and hardwood floors as well. This is a two story venue with a bar on each level and a grand staircase connecting them. They also have an outdoor patio with capacity for up to 200 people. They house a designated event coordinator to help plan your ideal event. Again, no prices listed.

This historic venue has large 22 foot ceilings, exposed brick, three prep rooms for food or dress, and a main studio. They can cater to your individualized needs with capacity for a small 30 person event or a larger scale event with 150 seated or 200 standing, due to their being two floors. Lumber Exchange Event Center

One of the largest event spaces in the Minneapolis area, the historic Lumber Exchange Building houses six different event areas. The website seems intentionally vague without prices listed but it does seem extravagant and enormous. There is a restaurant on site with TVs to watch sports if that is what you desire as part of your next corporate event.

Glass House

An exceedingly unique space with three different areas for your creation. One of these ‘rooms’ is an outdoor space. They offer a minimalist approach The three rooms: Holden, Glenwood, and Courtyard can hold up to 250, 50, & 130 respectively. You get bar service and furniture included in your rental. They work with 10 different caterers so the options are wide. As it is a glass house, they even offer glass blowing lessons with one of their artisans.
